These terms explain the product boundary and the responsibilities that come with using it.

What the service is
KindlyDue is a writing and organization aid that generates administrative invoice follow-up drafts and calendar suggestions from information you provide.
What the service is not
KindlyDue does not verify debts, send messages, collect payments, calculate legal entitlements, provide accounting services, or provide legal or financial advice.
Your responsibilities
- Use accurate information and review every generated message before sending.
- Respect contracts, privacy obligations, anti-harassment rules, and applicable law.
- Do not use the service to pursue a debt you know is invalid or disputed in bad faith.
- Keep your own records and obtain professional advice when appropriate.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for using an email address you control. Notify the operator promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Account access must not be sold, shared publicly, or used to bypass purchase controls.
Professional Records purchase
Professional Records is a one-time $19 purchase, not a subscription and not a per-invoice fee. The purchase grants the account holder a permanent license to use downloaded pack files for their own internal business purposes across unlimited invoices. The account can re-download the current pack while KindlyDue operates the service, and receives future pack updates that are published. Downloaded copies remain usable if the online service later closes.
Stripe processes payment. Access is granted only after payment confirmation and may be suspended after a refund, reversal, fraudulent transaction, or payment dispute.
14-day refund policy
The account holder may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchase by emailing hello@kindlydue.com from the account email address. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Online re-download access ends when the refund is processed. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
No guarantee
Drafts and schedules may contain errors or be unsuitable for a particular relationship or jurisdiction. No outcome, reply, or payment is guaranteed.
Availability and changes
The free edition may change or be discontinued. Material methodology changes should be documented. Refunds and rights that cannot legally be excluded remain governed by the laws applicable to the purchaser and the operator’s stated jurisdiction.
